Have you tried...?

This is a good thing when you're on a diet. I detest diet products that TASTE like diet products. Like fat-free hot dogs that taste like soap. So when I find something good for my diet that helps me make it through, and doesn't remind me (with every bite) that I'm ON a diet, its a good thing. Here's product #1, and the first thing on the grocery list when dieting time comes around...Parkay Spray Butter. (Note, this is not the Parkay Squeeze. That product does not fall into the diet category.) You can spray this stuff on toast, steamed broccoli, cooked beets, or light popcorn. Just remember that just because it says Fat Free, doesn't mean it is fat free if you take off the lid and pour it on. Some products (like this one) are Fat Free because there is not enough fat in a portion size (one spray) to count. (For example, Fat Free cooking spray has nothing in it but OIL, but they can label it as Fat Free because the serving size is 1/4 of a second of a spray, and there's not enough fat in that to count, at least on the nutritional scale. But if you spray the entire can on your Garlic Parsley Potatoes, be assured you are coating your potatoes with OIL...and fat!)

That said, Parkay Spray Butter is a great product--used in moderation!
